Recommended Fits, Shaft
The accuracy of the fits and the geometrically-correct design of all adjacent parts have a direct effect on the accuracy requirements and the dynamic properties of the bearing and the table. Please observe the construction notes in the general catalogue chapter.
For both rotating and stationary inner rings, the shaft is designed with a fit acc. h5.
Shaft Tolerance Specifications
Legend
- di: nominal shaft outer diameter (mm)
- d (bearing inner ring tolerance): upper / lower deviation of the bearing bore tolerance zone (mm)
- h5 (shaft tolerance): upper / lower deviation of the shaft journal h5 tolerance zone (mm)
- T1: roundness tolerance (µm)
- T2: parallelism tolerance (µm)
- T3: perpendicularity tolerance (µm)
- Rmax: maximum corner radius (mm)
