Designation System - AXCR Product Code Structure

This page explains the complete designation system for myonic AXCR cross roller bearings. Understanding the code system helps you accurately specify the bearing specifications you require.

Designation Structure

The complete part number for AXCR bearings consists of the following components:

Bearing Type

Code Type Description
U Standard design Single-part ring design, bore tolerance 0/negative
S Constant construction height Single-part ring design with constant construction height, bore tolerance 0/positive
M Customer-specific design Single-part ring customer-specific design (manufactured to customer requirements)

Fastening Method

Code Fastening Method Description
SA Counterbores opposite The counterbores of the inner and outer rings are on opposite sides
SS Counterbores identical The counterbores of the inner and outer rings are on the same side

Accuracy Grade

Code Accuracy Grade Applicable Type Description
Without Standard running accuracy All product groups AXCR-U or AXCR-M = P4 grade
AXCR-S = Standard grade
P2 Restricted running accuracy AXCR-U or AXCR-M only Higher accuracy requirement
UP Ultra high precision running accuracy AXCR-U or AXCR-M only Highest accuracy grade

Without Catalogue design Standard specifications according to the product catalogue
JXXXX Customer-specific design Customer-specific design number (issued by myonic)

Lubrication

Code Lubrication Status Description
Without Standard grease Pre-filled with standard grease from the factory
L120 Bearing ungreased, only preserved Suitable for oil-lubrication applications (e.g. for oil lubrication)
GXXX Special grease Special grease number (issued by myonic)
