11 MINISCALE PLUS Alternative Versions
11.1 Defined Push Force (VD)
For demanding applications, guide rails with a defined push force may be required. These parameters can be defined by SCHNEEBERGER according to customer specifications. The carriage and guide rail are then paired and delivered as a set.
Defined Push Force (VD) Features
- Push force parameters defined according to customer specifications
- Carriage and guide rail supplied as paired sets
- Suitable for high-precision applications
- Ensures consistency and predictability of system operation
11.2 Height-matched Carriages (HA)
In accuracy class G1, the maximum height deviation of the carriage is ±10 µm. For certain configurations, this tolerance may be too large, for example when the distance between individual carriages is too small, i.e., when the carriage spacing Lb is less than the carriage length L. In such cases, the tolerance can be reduced according to specific customer requirements.
Carriage spacing definition: L = Carriage length (longer carriage), Lb = Carriage spacing
Height-matched (HA) Application Scenarios
- When carriage spacing is less than carriage length (Lb < L)
- Stricter height tolerance control required
- High-precision applications with multi-carriage configurations
- When standard ±10 µm tolerance cannot meet requirements
Technical Notes
Standard accuracy class G1: Carriage height deviation ±10 µm
Height-matched version (HA): Tighter tolerances customizable according to customer requirements
Ordering: Please specify "HA" code and required tolerance in the order
