Every one of our high-performance bearings is typically engineered for a critical application. To guarantee this, each bearing is supplied with a detailed inspection report.
Report Contents
The inspection report includes:
- Function test results: confirming that the bearing meets its performance standards.
- Actual measured dimensions: including precise measured values for the bearing bore and outer diameter.
This data is essential for achieving precision fits (interference or clearance fits), enabling customers to match shaft and housing components according to the actual measured dimensions.
Serial Number / Marking
Every bearing is marked with a unique serial number. This serves not only for identification but also ensures complete traceability.
Traceability
By means of this serial number, we are able to trace:
- from the raw material source
- through each individual production step
- all the way to final assembly and testing
This 100% traceability is a core part of myonic's quality assurance system.
