15.3 Reference Height and Fillet Radius
Adhering to the following height specifications for reference surfaces guarantees safe absorption of forces and sufficient clearance for the carriage. The reference surface edges of the carriage and guide rail are chamfered. The fillet radii specified in the following tables are maximum values that ensure proper contact between the carriage and guide rail and the mounting surface.
The reference side of the carriage is on the opposite side from the carriage side with the company logo/model designation. The guide rail can be positioned on both sides.
Apply the listed reference surface dimensions to ensure optimal alignment and easy installation of the guideways.
