Type NRT (with NRV)

This roller recirculating unit is designed for medium to heavy loads. The Type NRT recirculating unit is equipped with needle bearings and designed for use with Type NRV linear guideways. Solutions to demanding applications can be created using NRT, NRV, and suitable guideways. The NRT series offers extremely high load capacity (up to 181,000 N) and rigidity, making it particularly suitable for high-precision, heavy-load linear motion applications such as machine tools and precision machining equipment.

Type NRV Preload Wedge

The Type NRV preload wedge is used in combination with Type NRT recirculating units to provide system preload for high rigidity and precision. For preload using preload wedge NRV, specific infeed values apply. The NRV preload wedge features an adjustable design with setting screws, lubrication holes, and locking screws.
