Accessories for Incremental Measuring System
Accessories Overview
AMS 3B uses the same mechanical accessories as MONORAIL MR, including rail hole plugs, cover strips, additional wipers, dust covers, etc. Additionally, measuring system specific accessories are available, such as signal output interface options, interpolators and connection cables.
Accessory Compatibility
AMS 3B mechanical accessories are fully compatible with MONORAIL MR. All MONORAIL MR carriages can also be used with AMS 3B rails.
Measuring System Output Options
The AMS 3B read head is integrated within the carriage, offering either analog output (1 Vpp) or digital output (TTL/RS422).

Signal Interpolators
Used for signal subdivision of analog output (1 Vpp), significantly improving resolution.

Important Reminders
- Analog output (AV) requires interpolator
