Order Code and Examples
Order Code Structure
Rails, carriages, and accessories are always identified by separate order codes. This also applies to different versions of rails and carriages.
Order codes for individual rails, carriages, and accessories are described in Chapter 3 and later of this catalog. All version codes are arranged by position to reduce error rates in the ordering process.
System Ordering Method
Please use the following ordering structure for system supply:

Symbol Description
- "/" = Indicates items belonging to the same group in the order
- n = Quantity, indicates the number of identical product types
Rails and carriages are allocated in the order of items in the order, i.e., the first rail is at the top, followed by carriages for that rail arranged from left to right, then the second rail and its carriages, and so on. See Example 2.
This means - if the rail types and carriage types in the order are different - carriages are always immediately below the relevant rail and arranged in order from left to right.
Order Examples
Example 1: Order Without Layout Sketch - Identical Components
2 identical rails, each with 2 identical carriages. Accessories (additional wipers) can be clearly allocated according to quantity. Rail hole covers are always supplied uninstalled.

Example 2: Order Without Layout Sketch - Different Components

Example 3: Order Based on Customer Layout Sketch - Different Components
2 different rails, each in 2 segments. 5 different carriages. Rails, carriages, and accessories cannot be clearly allocated without a layout sketch.

Example: AMSABS 3L System Order
One AMSABS 3L rail line, rail and carriage allocation and sequence are based on the order of items in the order.

Important Notes
- The system requires one AMSABS 3L S-P0 rail for reference. This rail can be placed anywhere on the rail line as long as the measuring carriage AMSABS L W can reach it.
- All rails have the same system length.
- All rails are prepared with butt joints on both sides.

Important Notes
Order Information Requirements
In addition to order codes, additional information is required to smoothly process orders for special versions of MONORAIL systems. For this purpose, the order must include a layout sketch indicating the following information:
- Segment lengths and segment sequence for multi-segment rails
- Carriage types and positions when there are different carriage types on the same rail
- Positions of additional wipers, lubrication plates, and lubrication accessories
