7.2.4 Running Accuracy
In terms of tolerance, the running of the carriage on the guide rail can be linear or wavy in shape. The maximum permissible deviation is limited by the accuracy class of the guide rail. As shown in the diagram below, the tolerance is determined by the guide rail length and accuracy class G1 or G3.

Example
Based on the chart above: A guide rail length of 600 mm with accuracy class G1 results in a maximum permissible deviation of 4.0 µm
Parallelism deviation arises from manufacturing tolerances of the guide rail. The diagram above shows the maximum parallelism deviation Δ (µm) during running, depending on the guide rail length. The validity presupposes ideal mounting of the respective guide rail.
