Accessories Overview
AMSABS 3L uses the same mechanical accessories as MONORAIL MR, including rail plugs, cover strips, additional wipers, and bellows. Additionally, measuring system-specific accessories such as reading head spare parts and connection cables are available. AMSABS 3L is designed specifically for long-axis applications and supports multi-segment rail connections, so additional accessories for multi-segment connections are also provided.
Accessory Compatibility
AMSABS 3L mechanical accessories are fully compatible with MONORAIL MR. AMSABS 3L carriages consist of a rail carriage, housing, and reading head. All MONORAIL MR carriages can also be used with AMSABS 3L rails. Note: AMSABS 3L only offers N-type rails (standard type), no C-type covered rails available.

Assembly Tool MWM 3L
Phase-locking assembly tool specifically designed for AMSABS 3L multi-segment rail system installation and calibration.

Usage Instructions
The MWM 3L tool is used to ensure precise phase alignment of the scale tape when connecting multiple rail segments. When connecting the second and subsequent rails, this tool must be used for phase locking to ensure continuity and accuracy of absolute measurement.
Rail End Piece EST 3L
End pieces used for multi-segment rail connections to protect the scale tape.
