Ball Recirculation Design

Optimized geometry and manufacturing precision ensure smooth ball transfer within the nut wall, providing the following advantages:

  • Uniform and Quiet Operation - Suitable for all speed ranges
  • High Axial Rigidity - Combined with minimum friction
  • Optimal Concentricity - Nut internal thread ground over full length, no inactive threads
  • Complete Protection - Smooth enclosed profile protects ball return track from contamination and damage

Preload System

AM Fixed Preload

The proven AM fixed preload uses keyway-type fitting. We set the preload value, and it remains constant throughout the entire service life.

Wiper Seals

Internal Brush-Type Wiper Seals

  • Circumferential Direction - Elastically adaptable to thread profile
  • Axial Direction - Reinforced by backing plate, prevents contamination of lubricant film
  • Low Friction - Prevents heat generation
  • Improved Wiping Effect - Ground thread profile on base enhances performance
