Height-Matched Guideways (HA)

The height difference (A1 and A2) between two pairs of linear guideways is standard 0 mm to 0.3 mm. Depending on application requirements, this difference may be too large. For height-matched guideways, the H dimension (H1 to H3 and H2 to H4) of linear guideways is measured and classified, so that the height difference (A1 and A2) between two pairs of linear guideways can be reduced to a maximum of 0 mm to 0.02 mm. Additionally, guideways are numbered identically as pairs. For multiple pairs of guideways, numbering is consecutive.

E-Dimension Height-Matched Guideways (EHA)

The width difference (B21 to B22) between two pairs of linear guideways is standard 0 mm to 0.02 mm. Depending on application requirements, this difference may be too large. For E-dimension height-matched guideways, the E dimension (E1 to E3 and E2 to E4) of linear guideways is measured and classified, so that the width difference (B21 and B22) between two pairs of linear guideways can be reduced to a maximum of 0 mm to 0.002 mm. Additionally, guideways are numbered identically as pairs. For multiple pairs of guideways, numbering is consecutive.
