14.1 Defined Push Force (VD)
Demanding applications can only perform well when the guideway operates within a specific push force range. These parameters can be set by SCHNEEBERGER according to customer specifications.
14.2 Customer-specific Lubrication (KB)
The basic principles of lubrication are described in Chapter 13.3.9. Special lubricants are used for specific purposes. For example, lubricants for vacuum, extreme temperatures, high speeds, heavy loads or high stroke frequencies.
SCHNEEBERGER can supply guideways with the appropriate lubricant for all these application areas.

14.3 Cleaned and Vacuum Packed (US, VA)
Guideways operating in vacuum must be cleaned and packaged accordingly. Cleaning is carried out in our cleanroom. The packaging consists of an inner airtight layer and an outer protective layer.
Please specify the cleanroom class you require (ISO 7 or ISO 6) when making an inquiry.
