4-Point X-Preload
Single Nut with 4-Point X-Preload
- Ball Sorting Preload - Single nut preloaded by ball sorting with 4-point ball contact between nut and screw
- Compact Design - Requires shorter screw length than double nut for the same stroke
- Production Tolerance Considerations - Due to production tolerances, single nuts are mainly used for shorter ball screws
- Load Peak Protection - No inadmissible complete ball disengagement even during load peaks
- Economical Manufacturing - Single nut ball screws can be manufactured more economically than double nuts
